Book a Free Codependency coaching CALL - Get Help today

Hi everyone, and welcome back to the Codependency Show. On the last week of each month, I’d like to do a question and answer session. So, if you have any questions, please feel free to private message me. I won’t mention anybody’s names, but if there’s something specific you’d like to know or if you’re seeking more information, please send them in.

As I mentioned, the last show of each month will be dedicated to questions and answers. Today, I had a question from someone looking to get coaching, specifically about the financial cost. It’s a very understandable question, and I want to address it today.

When considering the cost of coaching, it’s essential to also think about the cost of not doing the coaching. Through my work with clients, I’ve seen investments in coaching return many times over. Often, we don’t realise how much we’re spending on our codependency habits, whether it’s cigarettes, alcohol, or other dependencies.

In my coaching process, I encourage clients to track the changes we’re making and diarize them in their workbook. This helps them see the progress and the value of their investment. For example, when they have the courage to say no to enabling behaviors, they can see the financial impact of those changes.

We’re often spending more money than we realise on our codependency habits. By investing in coaching, we redirect those funds towards our own growth and well-being. It’s about shifting the focus from giving to others to investing in ourselves, even in small ways like buying flowers or treating ourselves.

So, when considering the cost of coaching, remember that it’s an investment in yourself and your future. You’ll likely see the return on that investment, both financially and personally. If you have any questions, please send them in. Thanks for watching, and have a great week!
