Taking 100% responsibility for the challenges in our life – can you do it? Hi, I’m Roslyn Saunders, a codependency recovery coach with a mission to lead a global movement to blast away ignorance around the root cause of all addiction and codependency.

It is hard at times to take 100% responsibility for the challenges we have in our lives. But when we accept that challenges are here to make us grow, we can start to feel differently. We can start to respond to challenges in more positive ways.

What does taking 100% responsibility mean? It means we stop blaming others for the circumstances in our lives. Instead, what we do is take the blame off them and focus back on ourselves. It doesn’t mean we accept bad behaviour or that abusive behaviour of any kind is okay. What it does mean is we stop blaming and start growing. If we don’t, we can end up becoming a victim. The truth is, though, we are not victims. We are 50% responsible for what’s going on in any relationship, and we are 100% responsible for how we respond.

This is very hard to see working on your own. It is wise to have someone, a trusted coach, mentor, or a safe friend to support us, to help us see we are 100% responsible for our thoughts, feelings, and every result we get.

If you want to get past blame and being a victim, reach out to me on Facebook or via my website, roslynsaunders.com.au I know I can help you.
