Getting started

Roslyn Saunders, a counsellor based located in Brisbane servicing all Australians. She offers online counselling sessions to her clients living anywhere in Australia. This includes Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth. Online counselling is done through video calls using Zoom. Before your scheduled appointment, Roslyn will provide you with a link that allows you to join a live video conference call from your phone, PC, laptop, or tablet. For those who prefer a phone call instead of a video call, alternative arrangements can be made to accommodate their preference.
Roslyn’s monthly counselling package includes 1 hour weekly Zoom session for in-depth addiction coaching (4 sessions per month). 24/7 text messaging access to Roslyn between sessions with fast follow up phone call to prevent spiraling in an emotional crisis. Please make a free booking with me to discuss the level of support. 
  • Homework each week, with detailed feedback provided, which serves as a second smaller coaching session and provides notes that you can refer to

Roslyn’s primary objective throughout her counselling program is that you feel supported, most especially at the very early stages of engagement.  At this time, your emotional state may resemble an open wound, and it is critical that extra tender care is taken.  Roslyn will work with you to focus your emotional recovery efforts, understanding that this may be an hour-by-hour or day-by-day proposition.  In the most serious of cases, Roslyn may even be working minute-by-minute with you.

Each of Roslyn’s packages provide for face-to-face sessions of one hour and frequent additional direct contact via a choice of phone, email or SMS.
