Hi everyone, it’s Roslyn Saunders. Just wanted to pop on quickly. It’s coming to the end of the year, and I know everybody’s busy, gearing up for this holiday season. I hope you’ve enjoyed my tips on managing this season. It can be a very lonely time for some people, a rocky time for others. Addictions often go out of control during these types of festive seasons, so be very mindful to take extreme care of yourself. Listen to those videos and put the recovery principles into practice, making yourself the first priority and ensuring emotional safety in various areas. Say no to things that you’re not comfortable with.

The reason for me jumping on today was to say thank you. Thank you for being part of my community this year. I’ve had a fabulous year, meeting wonderful people, supporting others, and achieving results. I’m about getting sustainable results with baby steps, so I feel very grateful to have you in my community. It’s a privilege and fulfilling. I’m finishing off the year enthusiastic about what next year will bring. I’ve recorded a video series that will be coming out in a few weeks, and I’m really pleased with the valuable information it contains. I hope you’ll look into that as I’m currently working on the marketing.

Thanks again. I’m very grateful. I love what I do—watching people bloom with the right support, taking responsibility for their lives, and making changes, sometimes through baby steps so that we can hold the changes in our consciousness. Thanks again. Have a safe and happy Christmas. Try not to be isolated or alone; reach out to someone. I’ll look forward to seeing you after Christmas. Thank you.
